Two years ago I fell in love with Yoga and
Pilates. I love to combine elements of both to create a full body workout,
which gives me energy and lets me relax. During the summer I prefer to work out
on the riverside in Frankfurt with a beautiful view towards the skyline.
Hearing the water flow downstream and getting some fresh air really lets me
chill out. In today’s post I combine a few of my favourite exercises for you.
